How can I change my personal details?

Have you moved, gotten married, or divorced? You can easily update most of your personal information in 'your account'.


Help! I've forgotten my password. What now?

No panic, it can happen to anyone! Because we value privacy, we do not have access to your current password. Click on 'forgot password', enter your email address, and we will send you a link to create a new password and log in.


I can't find a product in the shop. Can I still order it?

Send us your question via the contact form on the site or email info@lookx.com. Clearly mention which product you are looking for. We will check if we have or can get the product in stock and keep you informed.


LOOkX has a product out of stock. How long does it take before it is available again?

Sometimes a product may be temporarily out of stock. Leave your email address on the site for that product. As soon as it is available again, you will be the first to know! Unfortunately, we cannot always specify how long it will take. As soon as we have more information about a product, you will know too.


Can I get free samples from LOOkX?

If we have them, we include matching samples with every order.


Where can I find information about a product's ingredients?

We provide as much information as possible for each product in the shop. Look under the 'ingredients' section for the contents of the product. Not all ingredients are always listed here, but the most important ones are. Are you allergic to a certain substance? Do not hesitate to contact us via info@lookx.com. Always read the leaflet and additional information on the packaging before using the product. LOOkX is not liable for any allergic reactions. Please also read our disclaimer.


Is there a warranty on LOOkX products?

We develop and test LOOkX products with the utmost care. Have you bought something you want to return? No problem! We have a few rules for this:
  • Returns do not apply to promotional products.
  • The costs of the return shipment are at our expense.
  • You must return products unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging (otherwise, we cannot resell them).
  • Service is very important to us, so always remember that we want to help you.
  • For online orders, the Distance Selling Act applies. This means you have a cooling-off period of 14 days after delivery. Within this period, you can return the (unused) product.
After the cooling-off period, returns are no longer possible. If you have any problems with the product after opening, please contact us. If something goes wrong with your purchase or if you have other questions about the warranty conditions, contact us at info@lookx.com.


Are the products cruelty-free?

Good news! None of our products are tested on animals!


Oops! Mistake! Can I change my order?

Haven't completed the ordering process yet? Great! Stop right away, go back to your shopping bag, change your products, and continue ordering. Are you too late and have you already received an order confirmation? Don't panic. You can then use our return procedure and send your order back to us within 14 days and quickly order what you really want. No problem.


What should I do if I have a complaint?

What is the complaints process?

Once we have received your complaint, we will contact you as soon as possible. We are happy to resolve it with you and would like to discuss your complaint personally.


Where is my package?

Contact info@lookx.com and we will email you the tracking link. Tip: download the app of your delivery service, and you will be kept informed of the delivery.
