Can I return a product?
That is possible. We want you to be happy with your product(s) and that’s why you can return your order, or part of it, within 14 days by following the LOOkX return policy. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange a product. You will receive a voucher for your next order or you’ll get a refund.
Exceptions on the return policy:
- Discounted items, that you bought in our sale for example
- Opened and/or used items
- When the quality seal of the product is damaged or broken
- The articles are no longer in the original packaging.
Can I return my item(s) for free?
No, this is at your own expense. We will refund your postage costs where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
- If we sent you the wrong items by accident
- If you received a damaged or faulty item
Note: we will not refund postage costs when the reported damage or fault can’t be found during the testing process.
How can I return something?
- Step 1: Report you return within 14 days of receipt by email (don’t forget to mention your order number)
- Step 2: Return the products within 5 working days (calculated form the notification in step 1) to:

Depending on the agreement you made with our support department, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days (after receiving your return).
The items in your return shipment are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly advise you to use a shipping method which insures the products in case the package gets lost or may become damaged.
