RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Although we give the greatest possible care to the development, production and shipping of our beautiful products, it is possible that a product does not meet your requirements and/or wishes.


Can I return a product?

That is possible. We want you to be happy with your product(s) and that’s why you can return your order, or part of it, within 14 days by following the LOOkX return policy. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to exchange a product. You will receive a voucher for your next order or you’ll get a refund.


Exceptions on the return policy:

  • Discounted items, that you bought in our sale for example
  • Opened and/or used items
  • When the quality seal of the product is damaged or broken
  • The articles are no longer in the original packaging.
You are allowed to test LOOkX products for 30 days. No results after 30 days of following our recommended use? Contact our customer service. No results = Money back!


Can I return my item(s) for free?

No, this is at your own expense.
We will refund your postage costs where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
  • If we sent you the wrong items by accident
  • If you received a damaged or faulty item
In some cases, we need a bit more information (like pictures) to decide what’s the best solution.

Note: we will not refund postage costs when the reported damage or fault can’t be found during the testing process.


How can I return something?

  • Step 1: Report you return within 14 days of receipt by email (don’t forget to mention your order number)
  • Step 2: Return the products within 5 working days (calculated form the notification in step 1) to:
    LOOkX Online BV, Stationsweg 51, 1851 LJ Heiloo, The Netherlands
  • Step 3: When the return arrives, we will check the contents and report this back to you. Depending on the agreement you made with our support department, we will refund the amount to your account within 14 days (after receiving your return).
If we have not received your return within 30 days after step 2, we reserve the right to close the procedure and no longer process the return.

The items in your return shipment are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. We strongly advise you to use a shipping method which insures the products in case the package gets lost or may become damaged.
