User advice eyeliner
Sharp line: sharpen the tip with the sharpener, hidden in the back of the pencil. Work from the inside out, and leave it to set for at least 30 seconds.
Smokey eyes or a soft line: apply the eyeliner a bit thicker onto the moving eyelid. Immediately after application, blend it out with the LOOkX eyeliner brush or blender brush. Be quick, because if you wait too long you will get your proof of how well it stays in place, once it’s dry – great – but we were going for the soft, blended look! After blending, give it at least 15 seconds to dry before applying eyeshadow.
